Adding Strength

    I want to add some muscle so that I can do my gymnastics better, look better and hit harder. I don't want to necessarily get bigger but stronger or more defined, I like my size the way it is. So what diet should I take? How much often should I wok out? and what workouts should I do? what else can you tell me?
