Drinking green tea - TONS of it. It mixes great in smoothies/protein shakes as well if you don't like the taste.

I have lots of fiber and whole grain rich foods everyday. And I only drink water with the exception of a juice called "Naked" which has 7-28 grams of fiber. Depends on how much you drink and the size. It sounds like a nasty drink but its really good icon_smile.gif

Sometimes just get back to the basic, less carb more paleo diet.

Grapes, Oranges, milk, orange juice, cereal, mangos, lean meat, chicken, pasta, broccoli, veggies and stay away from any sort of fattening stuff. Yep, I feel like I'm eating like a monk sometimes.

I do have a problem with weight. My weight goes down when I eat lean protein (some eggs, ground turkey, fish, chicken, low-fat dairy, beans, soy), vegetables and fruit. I eat a small amount of whole grain--2-3 dietary exchanges rather than the recommended 6-8--avoid sugar, drink water. My dessert is usually fruit when I am eating well. I lost 20lbs about 2.5 months when I ate this way. Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to maintain this. Sometimes I get cravings for sugar, fat and grain.

Lots of water, cabbage (cole slaw) and lots of blueberries (recently discovered blackberries are delicious also). Also, I do all my own cooking.

No soda. Nothing with high fructose corn syrup. A salad or large portion of vegetables BEFORE portioning my meal.

I try to eat whole organic foods. I cut out 95% of my gluten intake and 85% of my dairy intake. I cook nearly 100% of our meals. We usually go out once a week for a dinner of our choosing. Each day is filled with copious amounts of protein...

I swapped out chocolates and fruit candies for veggies and real fruit.

And I make my own "green machine" every morning in place of coffee, which I thought I'd miss more than I do!

Lots of fresh or frozen vegetables. Whole grains rather than refined grains. A lot more poultry than red meat. Mostly drink water, milk and tea. Try something new about once a month. Very occasionally have sweets, fatty foods or alcohol. Eat at least one piece of fruit a day. Cook most of my own meals.

Eat everything I want. In reasonable quantity.
