Midnight M83 is an amazing track. It gets me pumped especially with Cardio.

So here's a list (I have weird taste in music):

    1) M83: Midnight

    2) Icona Pop: I love it

    3) Britney Spears: Toy Soldier

    4) We the Kings: Say you like me

    5) Swedish House Mafia: Don't You Worry Child

    6) Scream & Shout: Britney Spears and Will.I.Am

    7) Pitbull: Time Machine

    icon_cool.gif Macklemore: Thriftshop

    9) Britney Spears: Freakshow

Yeah I know....I'm a huge Britney Spears fan and I typically like pop music.

What kinds of music do you like?

Personally, my gym playlist is almost entirely synthpop, futurepop and EBM music. All of it is very catchy and beat-driven (kind of a mix of 80s music and trance), but it's different than the kind of stuff you would hear on the radio.

    From ComplexBread's list, I do like M83.

I've been digging through my old music lately. Doing It After Dark Vol 2 from Groove Armada is oh so nice. Behind The Front from Black Eyed Peas is probably their best album. Suffer from Bad Religion never gets old.

For whatever reason, I can't listen to music while working out. Shifts my focus away from what I'm doing, and I'm less efficient with my workout.

Here's my current top three that get me going in cardio above that target heart rare area:

Twenty One Pilots - Holding on to You (Trees is also a good one)

AWOLNation - Kill your heros (I just get really passionate about this one)

    Jack's 'Manequin - Mixed Tape

I've got a bunch of other standbys on the playlist, but they are a bit older and tend to be more on the emo side than I care to admit....

Workout playlist is all tech-house/garage/bass/future house tunes right now... gives me that smooth constant rhythm I need!

    Currently:
    Disclosure- Settle (album)
Various other songs by house dj's like Detroit Swindle, Shadow Child, Forget Me Not..
The 1991 EP by Azealia Banks
Machinedrum's housey and more rhythmic tracks

Sometimes my playlist is all heavy dirty dubstep and glitch-hop, other times its just random A State of Trance podcasts, and others its endless trap and heavy hip-hop, really fluctuates throughout the year!

My gym IPOD is filled with a large variety of music... all that crank me up and make me feel good... today's music, 80's pop, country western and some music, I'm sure NOBODY here has on their IPOD!

Cervantes has a great playlist icon_biggrin.gif

So, the gym is when I would really only listen to "gay" music, you know the electronic, pop/dance crap. So I have some Britney, Kylie and Janet in there

Otherwise, I switch playlist from that dance stuff to other fast pace stuff and rock

Anything with a good beat really
