Wanna get big?

    Everybody says its done in the kitchen... I found these videos, and from everything I've ever heard or read this guy really knows his shit, its the diet were trying right now. There's no doubt this will take up an entire day off, seriously 8 full hours, we jus did it yesterday, between all the shopping, prep etc, it seems like it will cost btwn $80-100 a week to get it done, plus needing all the bowls skillets etc. we planned, packaged, and labeled all the food for the next 7 days, on next Monday when were off again well do it all over again. We bought a big dry erase board from lowes, and colored markers to draw it all out on an for doodlin (cause that's fun) and we are tracking the whole thing in Evernote. The videos can seem a lil long and oversimplified, but take notes, u prolly don't wanna watch em again, and It would be hard to memorize it all.

    Thanks for the links dude! I think sometimes the K.I.S.S. method is the best for most things (Keep It Simple, Stupid).

    To get big all you really need to do is:
    Lift heavy (squats, deadlifts, OHP, Bench Press, ect)
    Eat a lot (Protein especially)
    Sleep Well

    Ya, I kina tried that with very limited success, I think this could really help out a lot of ppl that are trying ta get there.
