Provincetown, MA. A gay delight in a rural area/national park.

San Francisco anytime - its' reputation precedes it.

    San Diego.

    Anywhere in the Continental US?

    San Diego- Southwest

which I know is the opposite of the Northeast/Northwest preference you just mentioned..sorry.

New Mexico is a beautiful state-- totally diff from anywhere else too.
Colorado is cool, especially Boulder-- a lot of young people, weed smokers, hippies, "alternative lifestyle" types. . .

Washington, DC is sweet too--- Also, Atlanta?...kinda boring tho to be honest...like fuck Atlanta actually.

Miami might be fun for some cray night life and a lot of gays. Maybe Vegas? I hated Vegas tho--beyond overrated.

Vegas can be a great place to visit even if all the glitz is not for you. You can rent a nice car for cheap...drive to CA, UT, AZ without restriction...nothing like the American West for fast highways and desert mountain scenery.. If you wanna see a cool place..visit Sedona, AZ....and nearby and totally lush Oak Creek Canyon....real "Ghost" Town of Jerome...and of course the Grand Canyon are all within reach...
