Everybody .... no matter who it is ... is always enthusiastic for about the first year of their job. After that they become accustomed to how things work and settle in to working smarter, not harder. I don't understand these employers who think they own people they hire and have every right to push them to their limit. As long as people let themselves be used they will do it. Stand up for your rights and demand what you are worth, not what your employer wants to pay. The reason employers go to 3rd world countries for cheap labor is because the people in those countries are accustomed to being oppressed by their governments and have not yet learned to stand up for their rights, but that is not going to go on forever.
