Suggest to me a post-workout drink...

    Well?

    What would you suggest?

    I'm doing great at the gym lately ($79 a month FYI) (OMG I should really repay my student loans) and I already take a pre-workout drink (Jackd). The Jackd seems to work because it gives me more enegry to stay at the gym much longer that I was used to.

    What would you suggest to a 5'5 135 feisty toned guy that doesn't really want to get bigger, just keep the toned athletic look?

    Whey Protein + peanut butter + banana + some milk = OMG SO GOOD. I recommend that - you know, as a 5'7, 145lb guy who keeps a pretty athletic build ;-)

    I use whey protein, glutamine, and creatine. Seems to work for me.
