I didn't realize that there were alternatives; I thought everyone did the same thing as I do but I was wrong when I found out that my brother's wife has trained him and their two girls differently.

Vote using the survey link above. Discuss here. Explain why you do or don't wash your feet and/or legs.

I've separated feet and legs because I was discussing this with someone and she washes her feet but not her legs; another option that hadn't occurred to me.

Edit: for some reason some people came to the conclusion that I don't wash my feet and/or legs. I do. I work my fingers between my toes as well.

Arent you supposed to wash your WHOLE body every time you shower?

I know that If I don't, I feel like I'm still dirty. Why would someone wash their feet but not their legs? That makes no sense to me.

Yes, but in my own way.

I can't reach my feet easily, because of my bad back. So I plug the drain during a shower and let the water pool, giving my feet a soapy bath. Our Jacuzzi tub/shower has an integral stopper. For the other shower stall I bought a round, thin rubber disc I place over the wide drain, mostly sold for kitchen sinks.

This was one of the tips I included in a class I used to present to disabled people about dealing with their limitations.

Yes, I wash my feet (and, legs).
It's the reason I don't have stinky feet or stinky socks or stinky shoes.

I'm surprised at how many guys don't use a wash cloth.
They just rub soap on their body...

    Always.

A soaped up wash cloth, on the bottom of the feet and between the toes happens every morning.

A clean wash cloth is a MUST...using just a bar of soap and my hands results in stanky body parts a few hours later.

I don't even always do my legs. I really just do my upper body, groin and as and face. I rarely wash my feet because I assumed they'd get clean anyway.

Ew boys are gross. My brother-in-law says that he's never washed his face, and claims that the shampoo running down his face is good enough. Of course, he has flawless skin and I have severe acne scars, cool.

So some people scrub the upper part of their bodies but yet, do not wash/touch/scrub any parts below the pelvic line. Yeah...that's logical! icon_rolleyes.gif

a wash cloth is a cesspool of bacteria - why would you want to put that on your body? unless you use a clean one every time you shower...

So much better to use body wash then a bloody bar and wash cloth.

(But yes, feet and south of the border get washed - last thing I need is something growing on my feet)
