So...this is a ridiculous question...but has anyone here actually tried any exercises? Like, it's hard to lose that chub and tone up those cheek bones.

I recently heard that a face mask was invented in Asia to get rid of wrinkles...does such a thing exist to tone up your face!?!?!

Human facial muscles which work the jaw are genetically designed not to grow, because humans need room for large brains. It's the reason we can't chew through raw bone like smaller brained mammals.

There are certain exaggerated chewing exercises used by vocalists which may give a feeling of toning, but I don't remember any noticeable visual effect. It's been a long time since I used them.

A lot of people grind their teeth in their sleep. Bruxism. Also contributes to jaw joint issues. My dentist has to warn athletes/weightlifters to avoid deliberately building jaw muscles. Causes problems if you grind your teeth in your sleep or clench your jaw when stressed.

Lol... facial flexing... How would Arnold have done it?

Actually, actors learn to kind of stretch their faces before performing. I usually have to give mine a little workout in the morning to get it going. Just raise the eyebrows a few times and puff the cheeks. You'll be pumped for your day ;)

Come to think of it, I do this with my penis and it does look quite a bit younger.

Reminds me of a joke by the late Tottie Fields ( fat comedian) . "I been doing these exercises to firm up my triple chin. ( she demonstrates ,slapping her chins with her hand) ; it has not done anything for the chins but look at these beautiful hands".
