Anyone been to this in the past? I'm wondering what to expect and I'm queerious. I've been to the Great Autos / Free Wheelers West Coast Meet 13 times/years and it was a bunch of fun, especially for a fan of full size American Iron. Our Buckeye chapter of Lambda is all but worthless and does nothing around here that I know except Columbus Pride ... and I'm not interested in that.

340,000 on RJ and no one has been to this? This is a homosexual event.

While I haven't been to it, and can't make this years due to work scheduling, several friends of mine have been in years past and all have said they are a lot of fun.

Vehicle wise there's not much in it for me, as it's mostly 'power princess' land yachts from the 50s - 80's. My Gremlin will mostly make no sense (other than the fact that its weird)

I've been an LCCI member off and on for about 12 years, and a member of the Colorado chapter as well. The event's we hold up here are always fun and super laid back.

    Thanks for the info.

True, the homos love the land yachts /poof mobiles, but from what I've seen at the Great Autos/Free Wheelers' West Coast Meet in 13 years was some of the rarest, most wonderfully done, big parade floats. I loved it, It was the only primarily homosexual event ever that I really enjoyed.

Now that I'm back in Ohio for an indeterminate length of time, I was looking for something similar. I've already seen enough Chevelles and El Caminos for the summer so time for something different.

Have your friends mentioned how many cars show up?

I'd feel comfortable thinking that the vehicle turnout would be 150+ (hope that's conservative)

Our regional events in the past have always been in the 50+ category, so 150 or more shouldnt be a problem.

Given that 95% will be land yachts, the space taken will feel like over 300 showed up.

I would think that there'd be many more than that. We could draw up to 700 - 750 for West Coast Meet, which is a regional event between NoCal and SoCal.
