Is it better to work out in the morning (615am) or evening (830pm)...these are the times i am available to get to the gym...
I wanna go in the AM, but I read that your muscles are still cold and not ready to work out yet....that AM workouts are better to do Cardio and fat burning....Whereas Evening workouts your muscles are warm and is better for gaining muscle mass, However, I woule be going to sleep about 1 1/2 hours after my workout...
Any Suggestions would be Great!!!!
