Hey guys, Looking to start supplementing. I took a while off of fitness dude to work and I want to get rid of the last of my college weight now that things have slowed down. I'd ideally like to cut and build muscle but if I have to cut then bulk I'd be cool with that. Due to having celiac disease my doctor already has me on a few vitamins.

    Men's multivtamin
    Fish Oil 3600 mg/day
    Vitamin D 2000 Iu/day
    b12 2500mcg
    folic acid/b4 400mcg
    Vitamin c 1000mg
    L-arganine 500mg

    Anything I should add?

Is your disease the one that is triggered by gluten? I'm not sure I would accept any advice on diet from anyone on here, due to your special condition. Best to stick with your doctor's recommendations.

Hit the gym. Don't worry about supplements. They just give you expensive urine. Train.

I'd replace the folic acid and B12 with a B complex vitamin. And I'd make sure that you have a good multivitamin (read reviews, etc.). And I would add zinc separately. At least 5000 IU of D would seem better in my opinion. Good luck.
