So as I'm sitting here on a Halloween night eating all the good candy i didn't give away to the kids, I was wondering -how- exactly sugar interferes with gaining weight. I've heard people say to stay away from it, but i've never really heard any good reasons as to why I should do that.

Quick! I've only eaten two bags of skittles so far. I need an answer before I eat them all!

Your ass will basically jiggle for a week after wards.

Simple carbs, and any carbs for that matter, go to fat if you get more than your requirements and don't burn them off within a reasonable amount of time.

Eat potatoes.

I took all of my leftover candy to the office. I ate much more than my fair share.
