I was kinda curious about that. I saw it on tv as well but I doubt it works all that great...

    Oh such little faith, LOL.

I have a set and they really do work. Using them takes a normal pushup and makes it so that the motion is more natural and less stressing on your joints. But, not only that, it also places the effort of the motion on all the correct muscle groups, giving you a better overall effect.

Initially I could only do 10 to 12 of them at a time when I first bought them. Now, with my feet up on a regular sized chair, I can do 30 to 40 of them.

I would recommend getting them. Not only that, but a former Navy SEAL invented them, so I'm sort of partial to that sort of thing. :P

I thought that looked pretty awesome myself... I was going to get the regular pushup handle things before but I never did.. so that's good.. maybe I'll just get these sometime. I really would love to try it cause I hate doing them normally. haha and I seriously need the work there.

I have them as well, and like them alot. I have pretty weak wrists, and these make the pushups not easier, but easier on the joints. They're also pretty durable, not crap like most of the stuff you get on TV. FYI, there will be cheaper versions out there in the next couple of months that are flimsier in construction. Beware.
