Pre-workout drink

    Can anyone suggest a good pre-workout drink?

    I've tried NO-Xplode and MP/Assault, but get nothing out of it..

    a friend recommended c4 and that had a nice jolt.
    i also tried redline and that proved to last me quite a few hrs.

    i also tried 1mr but it didn't compare to the other two, imo.

    i don't drink anything, usually.

    i start my workouts with a bit of cardio and it seems to do the trick.

    I liked White Flood.

    Everyone reacts differently. Many people swear by Craze, but it made me feel sick.

    I'm just about to leave, took my C4 and ready for a workout. Survived 2 years on Jack3d. C4 won't keep you up all night, good pump, tried all of the flavors and it's pretty much koolaid.

    MP Assault doesn't work on you?

    Holy hell... one dose has me so jittery and the tingling starts at my fingers and works it's way all the way to the top of my head... How you don't feel that is odd to me!

    I drink SizeOn during my workout. Not really sure it helps with strength, but it does give you a good kick if you're slightly tired at all. The berry flavor tastes like koolaid.

    Mine is a balance of protein, carb and some good quality fat.

    20g whey protein, an apple cut in half filled with a heaping teaspoon of almond butter in the middle.

    Preferably and hour before workout, but it frequently is slightly less than an hour.

    Vodka and Tonic seems to work but You have to REALLY like the Guy....
