1 meal per day? Only core exercises? You're doing it all wrong. Feed your body well, and do whole body work outs. Incorporate cardio into your routine. That's what will produce results!

How do you expect your ab muscles to GROW if you don't eat food??? Muscles are muscles. You need carbs, protein and fat in the right proportions. Get the diet in check. Either educate yourself, or see a nutritionist/dietician for some help.

Well one meal a day is going to do nothing for you. Remember, abs are a muscle group. In order to grow muscle, you have to feed and work them. Eat right, meaning more than one meal a day, and do more than crunches. And don't be afraid to work the rest of your body too. Think of your body like a machine. You need all the parts to function properly in order for progress to be made. Treat your body right, EAT!, and definitely add more to your routine than just crunches. Running help, and actually working out (even if its just push ups) will give you better results.

    You're kidding me right?
Dude you need to eat. Especially at your already low bodyweight.

Continue working out and call us back in a year. If you expect abs to pop out in four weeks, you are going to be disappointed.

Additionally, at your low body weight, you don't have enough passive resistance. Hold a weight or medicine ball while you are doing your crunches. Use another ball or weight on your feet as counterweight. Or use an abs machine with variable weights, if you have access to one.

EAT as much as you can. Trust me you won't be able to even match your daily calorie requirements. I am experiencing it at the moment.
It's bit hard to increase your appetite initially when you start working out but you need to try. So EAT.

Always eat 3 meals a day. Your body will think it is starving and turn everything into fats.

How about Kebab, Bamieh or Masguf? icon_smile.gif Lots of good protein in them. icon_smile.gif

I used to think cutting fat out of my diet would bring out my six pack. Boy was I wrong. :-P As soon as I started reincorporating good fats into my diet I started to trim down.
