    shouldnt they just go to a pirate site, and say...use the code. at least they will know it works, does things efficiently, and can handle all of their content. in fact they could just have a nice splash page and link the rest to a pirate site and not even have to manage anything. you could do that for 5$ lol

    A monumental fcuk up, but the BBC is still worth every penny and remains the envy of broadcasters around the world.

    I've seen CBC and it's like watching paint dry. US TV is good, but the ads turn everything into a disjointed mess.

    If it were worth every penny, it wouldn't need to depend on the subsidies of an outdated licensing fee - and instead would be paid for by their viewers and people who use their services who are currently freeloading.
