This is not to promote or get in a flame war with those who don't believe in it. But for those who do, how has Crossfit changed your fitness level and life. And what is your favorite WOD?
For me, I have gotten stronger, built muscle mass, built endurance, and learned the joy of having a respectful, accepting community to work out with. And it isn't about competition with anyone but yourself. And my favorite WOD is "Murph". Just being able to do it makes me proud of myself.
