    It's a Democrat-created hell, isn't it?

City of Detroit pension plans and health benefits in retirement clearly are on the chopping block, according to plans laid out Friday by Detroit’s emergency management team.

Exactly what will be cut or how much could be cut is unclear.

Emergency manager Kevyn Orr’s message was loud and clear: The city will not be able to provide 100% benefits as previously promised.

Based on the emergency manager’s plan, all promises are going to be affected one way or another.
