It's a shame how many people I see in the gym don't stay hydrated...considering muscle is build up by a good percentage of water, that's why I drink at least 3-4 litres a day...and stay away from that creatine crap.

    Water? Creatine? AH!

Ten years ago my w/o partner and I were taking creatine. Incredulous as it sounds, we were the only two in the gym who didn't know you needed to drink loads of water with it.
Soon I was going to specialists for assumed kidney failure.

And, bigguy, don't worry about the catergory. Admin will move it under cover of night.

    The Jew is right,

There is nothing wrong with drinking caffeine during exercise, however I prefer to use other sources of energy for exercising like food or protein shakes before, and drink water during.

Hydration is especially important if you're doing a kick-ass workout.

If we had rural music awards like we have urban music awards, the Wurzels would clean up.

Water is good. We keep a big pitcher of it here in the den and it makes it much easier to drink water than soda. The soda is in the kitchen. The water is right here.

It depends on the fish. Most fish are egglayers, where the female lays the eggs and the male fertilizes them externally. Fish like mollies, guppies and platys are livebearers, where the male internally fertilizes the eggs and the female gives live birth. Fish like chilids are mouthbrooders, where they keep the eggs in their mouths until they hatch, and protect their young by using their mouths. Gouramis make bubble nests, laying their eggs in a nest of bubbles at the surface of the water. There are many ways fish mate, it just depends on the fish.
