Sporty_g saidI love Pride holiday in Columbus, and always try to have a new and comfortable outfit, to beat the heat and still be kind of unique. I have 3 formal kilts with my family colors and tartan pattern, but this is a casual kilt. I have never worn one to an outdoor festival event. Halh expect to have wondering hands grabbing at me, not sure if that is fun or annoying. Anyone ever wear a kilt to pride? What was your experience.
Yes I have, my husband & I have matching kilts, Black Watch Tartan. We chose it because we don't have a family tartan, and we're both former military, so that kinda appealed to us.
Fun to wear out in public, and the breezes do feel funny down there, since we wear them w/o shorts underneath. (I do wear an extra-long cotton T-shirt beneath my outer shirt, though, which sorta acts like a "slip" to keep the fabric clean, especially when sitting). I've only had a few guys lift my kilt to check me out, but these were gay functions like Pride, so who cares?
