I read this artcle from Mens Health Magazine about these new suppliments.Lots of good testomonies and feedback. Im very interested in trying them out. Not looking for shortcuts but looking for a brand thats going to giving me that boost of energy I need. Not just during workouts but also throughout the day at the sametime adding more muscles and not trying to chew down naked chicken LOL. Read the arctile and let me know what you guys think or send me your stories if you tried it.

Seems to me that the only way to get attention on this site is if I had my shirt off with big guns and abs. So I am resending this again and hope someone is reading this. I really want info on this

After an honest attempt, I could not find a proper ingredients disclosure anywhere. Not a good sign.

There are a thousand new supplements a week. 99% do nothing. Also men's health is just about the worst place to get fitness advice of any sort.

I looked at the link and stopped reading at 15 lbs in one month. Invest the time you spend working to pay for supplements into time at the gym, sleep properly, and eat properly and you'll do better than you could on any silly supplement.

For supplements you need whey powder post workout with some creatine. Nothing else. Period. Even those you could live without. Have some coffee before you workout too if you want and you've maxed out on the legal supplements.

That's not an article. It's an advertisement. (Look at the top of the page under the Men's Health logo). They will say anything to get you to buy it.

Don't fall for the $4.95 price for the shipping. They give you an option to return the bottles within 14 days. If you don't return them after that time frame, they charge you about 90 bucks a bottle every month. It's one of those club things where they suck the money right out of your account.

Trust me on this, don't fall victim like I did. Luckily I was able to cancel the memberships online and stop the massive bleeding of my bank account. IT ALWAYS PAYS TO READ THE FINE PRINT!!!

Thanx guys this was helpful. Like I said I was not trying to look for shortcuts or the easy way out. Just looking for the right suppliments that will benefit me through out the day and not just working out. I work as a chef so my sleep hours are not always good and need energy throughout the day. I wasnt falling for the price of this product I was following the comments that was left for it and thought it was legit. But with you guys comments I decided not to go with this. Has anyone ever heard or try Animal Pack?

I have tried a few diff supps; with creatine in them, but the only one I felt really did something was Gaspari Nutrition's SUPER PUMP 250....loved that stuff. it DID give me energy and my workouts felt great on that. I did 1 scoop (1/2 the recommended daily dose), just before training. i believe it helped me make some mass gains too. I did a 6`wk cycle then took 8 wks off before I did another.
    Check it out online.

You can get ideas from articles and even from what people write on here, but it's best to go over any questions about supplements and diet with your doctor or a nutritionist.
