There is no real small calves help.
You have to have the genetics.
I wanted my calves larger but knew what they said about genetics.
I did an experiment at the gym and really studied up on calves and focused on them for a YEAR to see how they would develop. Well, they barely moved.
    Oh, well.

I do them on the stairs with no weight on me. I am doing three sets of 60 repetitions.

    Get a real bicycle.

Spin classes are for wintertime and people who don't know how to ride.

Then you should be used to it. Get a real bike, throw on a jacket and gloves, and go ride...as many uphills as possible. Your calves will be huge in a few months.

you never get used to it, that's why I plan to emigrate to California one day.

Fly to NYC, get a bike, and bike to Cali. Your calves will be huge when you get there. icon_razz.gif

I have increased definition a lot through doing heavy calf raises (160kg this week) but the size has not gone up much. They still look a lot better.
