I have a questions, as too many people say different things. I started to do work outs for my chest, I did in the past and never see any progress.

please tell me what is the best method of repeats/sets/changing weights to get muscles growing?

when is exactly the moment (when you exercises) when muscles tissues are ripped, so it's good for muscle grow?

is that right if u do work outs and there is no pain in the muscles or stretch feeling while u work out?
