I put dark chocolate protein in chocolate almond milk, creatine, and some multi-vitamins and minerals, I am taking VM-100 right now.

the multivitamin is rough and hard to cover.. be warned. so it's more utilitarian than it is fancy.

    PROTEIN BALLS

    1 C. honey
    1 C. chocolate whey powder
    1 C. peanut butter
    1 C. dry oats
    1/2 C. chopped almonds

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls and refrigerate.

I like to purée the almonds, and oats together. Makes it powdery and easier to mix and eat.

I've made some pretty good protein cakes before:

    Vanilla protein powder
    Oats (instead of flour)
    Almond Milk
4 Egg whites (could use one full egg aswell)
    peanut butter
    baking powder
    cinnamon
1 Mushed up banana (instead of using any sweetner)

You could also chuck a few pieces of 90% dark chocolate in the mix and coat the top with a bit of dark chocolate too.

I like this thread icon_smile.gif I've been making protein pancakes. Typical mixture, though add in either a scoop or two of protein powder. Make sure it's one that tastes good though. Muscle milk strawberry protein powder turns out nicely. Add some chopped up banana and it's good. Or you can add cinnamon and apple slices. Though if you do that you would have to add some honey to counter the potent cinnamon. If you use too much it will have a sticky moist consistency. Making pancakes is all about balancing everything. I wanna try ThatSwimmerGuy's protein balls. icon_smile.gif

You actually get negligible protein nourishment from it, but the myth is consistently perpetuated icon_wink.gif

How about a grilled steak? Those recipes are all sugar and pasteurized dairy. Yikes!

Steak is good icon_smile.gif easy. But I need carbs because for a living I climb towers and work in high places. Red potatoes are always good though icon_cool.gif

Then how about some steak and black bean chili with a salad made out of lots of veggies, but no lettuce? Bulk, carbs, fiber, loads of taste and it is easy to cook up enough for a couple of days at once.

I would suggest that you stay away from dairy and focus on stuff like pork, beans / legumes.
