I personally have always found the David Letterman/Condoleezza Rice teeth gap to look kinda strange. But it does seem to turn plenty of people on. To each his own, I suppose.

I don't like the gap but I do like ears that stick out.

I have a gap in my front teeth, but it's small enough that I don't think many people pay attention or notice it.

Edit: you can see it in my pic with my dog.icon_razz.gif

Not a big fan of it, but it's not a big deal. I'd rather have the gap then really crooked teeth.

It only works for Madonna. She had it closed when she did Evita and it looked weird.

If you're gorgeous it works, if not you look like a hillbilly.

If someone dislikes it....... that's what enamel bonding was invented for and or braces and or veneers. icon_biggrin.gif

I find it really attractive - it's supposed to be a sign of intelligence right ? Homogenized teeth in the western world are a crime of the 21st century. Think different.

I had a gap and never liked it - got braces at 35 to correct the problem.

I'm usually more concerned about the gap between the ears.

It doesn't do much for me, honestly. Kind of a distraction and not terribly attractive.

I have the gap. Sign of my British heritage. I used to be self conscience about it but now I kind of like it.

I would say nay. A nice smile and perfect teeth make my little heart melt.

I never had braces. They're too expensive. I don't care if I have flaws. I don't need to impress anyone in an interview or on dates. At this point I don't think the people who love me want me to change anyway.

I don't mind diastemas at all. It's much better than having crocked teeth.

Well in the Canterbury Tales, the gap in the teeth is a symbol for loving pleasure and being in love.
