very soon I'll find somehwere to stay .. and a job ..

an well, I study Cinema , so imagine how many gays there are walking around ... lol

Congratulations! Enjoy every minute of it. Get to know your professors well and start networking. You never know when you are going to need a letter of recommendation and going to your professor's office hours is the best way for them to remember you. Oh and always ask interesting questions!

As I said it's the biggest city .. the most alive city .. you can find anything there .. and meet all kind of people .. everything there is big ..
but some places are pretty ugly .. especially at the old part of the city.. but you can live with it ..

I know what you mean. I got to VT and even though its in a rural area, the university is pretty big. I'm pretty sure we're bigger than you, not that it matters. It just means I know what you mean when you feel alive. Because I had that feeling when I got here. Its amazing how it feels, going from home to a huge university with a bunch of people your age.

Get to know many people - if you're still there - and make the most of being in the present ... because once time passes, it'll be hard to recall where you've been. live it up!

Congrats, Ghostic. I remember what it was like when I moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA. It was very intimidating, but exhilarating at the same time. Enjoy what will probably be a transformative experience.
