    Exodus International ...
"I am sorry for the pain and hurt that many of you have experienced," President Alan Chambers said in a statement. "I am sorry some of you spent years working through the shame and guilt when your attractions didn't change. I am sorry we promoted sexual orientation change efforts and reparative theories about sexual orientation that stigmatized parents."

Chambers said he was part of a "system of ignorance."

True. They should be held accountable and make reparations.... But it's still a big step.

Since I do not live in the United States and my knowledge of this subject isn't anywhere close to you guys but I doubt it was ever illegal. That, plus support from religious fundamentalists should be enough for them to walk out free without guilt.

They are hoping to go quietly away and hide under a rock and hope everything gets swept under the rug

If they were really sorry the would try to clean up the horrible mess they made and right the wrongs they did.

They could potentially be sued in civil court if they could link suicides directly to the group.... I think. I could be wrong about that.icon_confused.gif

Oh yea! But again, I feel that this is a long shot unless there is a strong media support, top lawyers and unbiased judges.

Their apology should have been pages, upon pages longer.
They can choke on a cunt.
