Circuit Training

    Any other circuit trainers out there? I do circuit training twice a week. My goal is to maintain muscle tone while losing weight.


    I've been having a hard time finding the right balance between fueling up, selecting the right weights and completing two circuits. Today worked out right. I made it through two circuits and didn't give out.

    I did circuit training in the earlier days of my weight loss goal (lost 70 lbs two years ago and kept it off).

    It's a great way to get the results you want; and it gets you in shape to live a more active lifestyle (like sports) once you achieve your goal.

    That's good to know. You are a great example. I'd like to lose about 50 more pounds, and still be fit when I reach that goal.

    Now if people who aren't doing the circuit would just stay out of the circuit training room. icon_evil.gif

    I don't fuel up. The only weights I use are kettlebells. I do a calisthenic routine using the Circuit Training Assistant app on my phone. It keeps me slim and toned when I don't have time for longer work outs. For what its worth.
