Feminine Black Gay guys

Ideally, I'd love to marry a handsome black bloke like Zarette (maybe Devale if I am desperate) in this video

However, WHY THE HECK ARE SO MANY BLACK MEN SO GODDAM FUCKING FEMININE?!?!?!?!?!?

I am tired of that false equivalency bulshit Bill Maher likes to expound on. Not tolerating fem gay guys would go a long way to advance the gay cause, but it is not tantamount to discriminating against one kind. Inculcating and cultivating the notion of masculinity to young black gay men would foster a more tolerant climate amongst their peers and family even, if one is seen as strong as str8 guys and just as virile. And it'd make dating easier for everyone too!

Why can't they eat more, deepen their voice, man up, go to gym and build up some muscles, keep their hair short, go run regularly? Acting like a girl takes an inordinate amount of time why not simply be a man? Why dress like a girl walk like a girl talk like a girl and even act like one with the hand gestures and exclamations and affected poses?

And I dont agree that gay men should not be self-critical of the community for fear of venting the ire of the hateful str8 folks? We should be as raucous and vent as possible about this fem issue till it is stamped out.

I fail to see how being critical of a negative trait within our community, a bad image promotion and guide for young men is somehow antagonistic and a green light for str8 folks to vilipend us?!?!?

Being feminine sends the wrong message to young gay men. It incites fear in the family too. Your folks will be constantly worried about you, whereas a strong masculine gay man is more surefooted and self-assured

Funnily enough, I am a big proponent of transexuality. HOWEVER, unless you're going to emulate a transexual, BE A MAN. If you seek validation as a woman, THEN BE A TRANSEXUAL. The midway, that is, a man acting like a woman, a bearded man dressed in woman clothing, sorry that's just ugly. They become transexual to date str8 blokes because a good handsome masculine gay man is hard to find because we shun the scene and are fed up with being ostracised and marginalised by the fem gays taking over the gay community EVERYWHERE ONE LOOKS!

I live in the UK, AND WE HAVE IT EVEN WORSE IN THE CLUBS!!!! I tried the internet but it's full of nutcases and time wasters, and most are ugly wankers that have never seen a gym and do not entertain dating. I have given up on all that. I used to hit on str8 guys all the time, but never fulfilled that wish or stumbling on a handsome masculine black man. I was even entertaining the USA to assuage my want for a good black man, but it seems things are not that glossy over there either

Hey there I'm a feminine black man and it's not because I want to be a woman,or because it's all an act. I am naturally feminine and how I choose to express that is my business. Do some people overdo it? Yeah but you sound you want to change them to become something they are not. You're no worse than the ex gay therapy people. And some people go as far to be masculine as some do to be feminine. However I guess because masculinity is revered and feminist is dismissed that's okay.

I wasn't planning to reply to anyone in this thread, as I simply wished to put into words all those caustic feelings I harbour about the gay community, but I'll give you some advice nonetheless, should your profile prove authentic and you're not some agent provocateur or usurper: EAT LESS, EXERCISE MORE, MAN UP! The criminal notion here is that you probably would prefer to date a handsome masculine bloke over a feminine one of your physical disposition, so why not seek to be what you contemplate??? SERIOUSLY! Put some effort into it, IT IS WORTHWHILE! No ones wakes up one morning looking like a jock, it takes hard work and perseverance, and doesn't make you destitute of other qualities ( I am mean I am very proficient at maths for example and programming, my exercising and being masculine has not diminished those creative qualities), so do yourself a favour, man up get fit and enhance the gay community eh.

I've lost ninety pounds and I continue to do so. But even if I weren't who says I have to look like what I am attracted to? I typically date men outside my race and older than I am but do you see me stint my hair grey and making my skin white? If you're so worried about fem gay men making you look bad then maybe you need to worry about yourself more and not what other people are doing. I wear makeup, heels and female underwear when I feel like it but none of this makes me any less of a man. I'm not a cross dresser either. I simply like what I like and if you have a problem with people lie me I suggest you get used to it. Hell there's barely any black men out of the closet depending on where you go and it isn't the fault of feminine gay men. Our community is homophobic and the only ones with no real choice but to come out are fem gay men. And yes I tend to be attracted to masculine men but I'd date a damn drag queen over some idiot who was so insecure they were worried about coming off as masculine enough or hell let's just be frank if they can blend into straight society enough.

Congratulations on the weight lost, keep it up. HOWEVER, be a good role model: man up and show gay youngsters THEY DON'T HAVE TO BE FEMININE TO COME OUT!
They can be themselves, upstanding masculine citizens and still be gay, with no ostentatious exterior signs they are gay. Why flaunt it when it is enough to be an attractive man through your demeanour, as masculinity in itself is an attractive trait of character, eh?!?!?

But if someone is that way or wants to be that way because they like it why should dissuade them?

"Feminine/masculine" traits aren't an "act" that can be changed.

Because feminity is a much maligned aspect of the gay community too often used to belittle us.
And if I were a parent, I'd not want my gay son to vie to be the prom queen rather than prom king.
And masculine guys are more attractive anyways.

You can be as subjectively attractive as you want but no one's going to want a relationship with someone who has an ugly personality.

I geared this towards BLACK gay men not WHITE folks, simply because I'd like to marry a black man one day, a handsome masculine one at that. So it'd be good to have perspective from black males mainly preferably.

To you they are more attractive to you. Most of the gay black men I know in long term relationships and gay marriages with other gay black men are either somewhat feminine or their partner is not traditionally masculine.

I dont even know where to begin with this ....

1st: As far as eating goes, i assume you are referring to slender built males, I myself am a ' slim ", but Guess what ? I dont keep my self from eating, i dont try to lose weight tryin to be " thin " , and i actually do go to the gym to ty to atleast tone up a lil bit, and i'm not ashamed of that at all, please tell me what that has to do with my ancestors being African ??????

2nd: i have never gotten any complaints for my voice and i dont go out of my way to sound like a woman ... please tell me what this has to do with my ancestors being African ?

3rd: Like i said before i go to the gym to tone ... not to mention yoga among other physical activities ... Please tell me what this has to do with my ancestors being African ?

4th: The hair ( oh i have sooooo much to say about this icon_cool.gif ), well yes I have long hair, and its all mine, no weave, no perm, 100% natural. Why do i have to be ' fem ' to have long hair ?? And while we're on the subject tell me why so many MANY other races of men have no problem wearing their hair out atleast up to 3 inches and a VAST majority of " black males " are bald ??? Whats up with that??? And why should i want to look like that ? Maybe i have my hair long because it looks best on me, maybe i have long hair because i prefer NOT to look like everyone else, maybe i have long hair because i think its beautiful, not in a " feminine " way, but in a natural way. I dont think hair was put on my head for me to running around cutting it off .. Honestly i dont even know what you mean by " why cant they keep their hair short " as far as i know Its only been myself, Lenny Kravits, and Corbin Bleu icon_rolleyes.gif as I said above that vast majority of ' black ' males that i have seen are shaved bald including the gay ones. So please tell me What does me having my hair Long have to do with my ancestry being traced to africa??

5th: i do not attemp to walk, dress, or talk like a woman, Does me being of African decent make the chances of this higher than someone without bloodlines tracing to Africa ? please tell me why.

If you must know why asking the ending question with each bullet, I am getting very tired of every time i turn around a " black " person is running around talking sh** talking about other black people as if its so exclusive thing. you dont here other races doing that, so why only this group ??? DOnt make this a " black " issue. Oh and as far as i know i've seen just as many fem blacks as i have every other race

What is going on, you HAVE to get it together ..
