I'm sure there are already tons of threads about this but I'm lazy and frustrated. What did you guys eat when you wanted to gain weight? For us naturally skinny guys it can be quite a hassle, I've been working out for over a year and gained like 2 pounds. I'm talking muscle of course, if I wanted to gain just any weight, I would just head to Mcdonalds 4 times a day.
