So how many of you wax or have used IPL ?

I got waxed last thursday and I've got regrowth already ! Had the wax at Ministry of wax . Is it normal that the hair re growth has started already lol .

And out of the guys who have had IPL how has it been!

i get my ears and brow waxed every two weeks to keep them from going wild. so yeah it keeps growing even after a wax job, it may also depend on where you are waxing and how dense the hair is.

First, when you got the waxing done, not every single hair was removed from the area where the waxing was done. You may only be noticing some of these hair after a week.

Second, those hair that were initially 'removed', not all were removed from the follicle level. Some were removed at the level of the skin only. One week is plenty of time for them to grow enough to be noticed.

I get my back waxed about every 6 weeks during the Spring & Summer months. I don't mind hair anyplace else, just hate it on my back. Reminds me of the Neanderthals. It's usually runs about $50 for a session... I'm pretty sure they get most the hair out cause for a couple days after my back is covered in red bumps.

Waxing sucks...you have to let it grow in a bit (not comfortable) before you can even have it done again. Just shave.

Hey guys , thanks for your comments and that video !!! lol .

Well the good thing is the IPL patch area is working better for me then the waxing did. IPL has left no reaction to my skin unlike the waxing has. I feel like I fell on a Cactus ! Agh!

WTF is IPL? I had to google that one.

So my question is; who's more on the cutting edge of high tech beauty stuff, women or gay men?

On the wikipedia page on IPL, under Contraindications, there's this: "According to Remington, manufacturer of an IPL hair remover, all IPL and laser devices should only be used on light to medium skin tones, and work best on darker hair." I suppose that means that IPL hair removal for the nutsack is out.

"Just shave" is right. I've never considered waxing, and I'm for sure not doing it if the hair just comes back anyway. No thanks. What I do if I see a few hairs I don't want is just shave them off. In the following clip, I hear that Channing Tatum won't ever get waxed again.
