"The Time of their Lives" with Abbott and Costello.
I was spellbound by it as a child and still am.
The Boccherini quintet they play after the
opening credits at 1:15 is heaven.
    Here's the whole movie:

P.S. I'd say "The Wizard of Oz" but everyone is going to say that!

The ORIGINAL "Day the Earth Stood Still" with Michael Rennie and Patricia Neal. It is a classic with a message.

I have many favorites, hard to pick just one, Death Becomes Her is just fascinating to me and quite funny when you see the humor, superb comedy with a dark twist, fab special effects and the one liners from Mad & Hel that only Evil Dead could compare to, Goldie and Meryl did their best work here at least in my opinion, Isabella Rossellini and Bruce Willis are great supporting rounding out a very funny cast, I will always enjoy watching this for years to come.

Breakfast at Tiffany's is way up there for me, too.
But I have to agree - how to choose just one? I've been trying to figure out the answer for a day now! But I'll say . . . Holiday with Cary Grant and Catherine Hepburn.

    One of my favorites too.

"You know what's wrong with you, Miss Whoever-you-are? You're chicken, you've got no guts. You're afraid to stick out your chin and say, "Okay, life's a fact, people do fall in love, people do belong to each other, because that's the only chance anybody's got for real happiness." You call yourself a free spirit, a "wild thing," and you're terrified somebody's gonna stick you in a cage. Well baby, you're already in that cage. You built it yourself. And it's not bounded in the west by Tulip, Texas, or in the east by Somali-land. It's wherever you go. Because no matter where you run, you just end up running into yourself."
