Hi all, I'd like to know from more informed guys if using a boxing bag is a good way to work out? Is it aerobic exercise? Is it good for core strengthening? What are the Pros and Cons of this? My goal is to use this GNC Boxing set at home to work up a good sweat. I'm hoping to get some good aerobic exercise and core strengthening out of it. What do you pros think icon_question.gif
