Facing a mirror, render urself, ur face or full body as best u can, then post it on RJ icon_smile.gif Can be a drawing or painting, whatever medium, that u've done in the past or today. Be interesting to see how u see urself icon_smile.gif .....Everyone should do a self-portrait sometime in their lifetime, not with a camera but just by looking at themselves in a mirror & rendering what they with their hands.....

For those who can or can't draw. Something different instead of just snapping a picture icon_smile.gif

I've done it with carving and coloring paper. It was... very interesting. Haven't in years though.

This is the last artist rendering of me, though.

I would, but the person I'm drawing keeps moving when I look away, and he never goes back to the same position. icon_neutral.gif

It's a self-portrait icon_smile.gif Look into the mirror, get situated so all that moves are ur eyes when u look up & down while u draw urself icon_smile.gif .....

The wonders u can do when u don't have preconceived ideas of how u should draw urself & get beyond the stick figure. Just concentrate on the face u see staring back at u. Look at the space between ur eyes, ur nose, ur mouth, it's all measuring with ur eyes, how far apart things are from each other, the contours of ur face, hand-eye coordination. U have to keep looking up & down. Draw what u see---honest lines, not what u think u see. U'll see what u've drawn is actually more real than what u think u look like. The more u practice the better u get icon_smile.gif .....
