Will this work?

    Hey, I'm new here and wanted to post this to see if you guys could help me out. Basically I want to know if this routine can get me seeing some results. I obviously want to trim and get rid of fat. I try to work out at least 4 times a week and watch my diet with a low or zero carb intake.

    Im doing a Isopure Zero Carb protein shake of 25g or 50g per day. And a friend gave me a bottle of Xenadrine Ripped, so I was thinking of taking it but not buying one after that finishes.

    I exercise on treadmill or elliptical machine some HIIT.
    4min - warm up
    1min - high intensity (I know its better to do 30sec, but im just starting)
    2min - moderate intensity
    repeat x4

    The I do the famous 8min abs.

    Increase your carbs to 40-60% of calories. You'll still loose wieght but you'll have energy. Good luck.
