Walking around enjoy my blissful day and I over hear is that a chick? Few min later woow that's a dude, I've just learned to take it as a complement and embrace it. Now when lesbians hit on me a surprise I'm a dude that gets to me every time icon_lol.gif

I don't know what to say but I'm not the only one out there , share your story and just laugh about it BOLD TEXT GOES HEREicon_exclaim.gif

My grandmother often confused people on her gender. She had very short hair, wore men's Wrangler jeans, plaid button down shirts, and men's shoes. I remember when I was a kid and she came to stay with us one summer, I would go with her every morning to the 7-11 to get her case of Old Milwaukee and two packs of Parliaments for the day and for the entire summer the man who was usually at the counter never figured it out. Everyday he would say, "Thank you sir, uh mam, I mean sir, ummm..."

My first job was a teller at Citibank and about once a month I'd take care of someone where it was impossible to determine the gender. Conversation was awkward.

When I used to have long hair I used to get this ALL the time. I was kinda shocked at first then it just amused me.

The weirdest was when I'd be walking in the street and guys in cars would go past and start honking their horns.

When I was in junior high and high school, some people (mostly store counter clerks) would mistake me for female and say things like ma'am. I think, mostly it was because my hair was long. It would annoy me. I think people just did it as a tease because of the long hair.
