    Okay, here me out on this one:

    I'm naturally thin. I have a high metabolism, but as the years go by, I know that my metabolism will decrease and I am NOT looking forward to getting fat. Nothing against fat people or anything, it's just that I, myself, want to boost up my metabolism in the future (God forbid if my luck runs out). I work out on my abs, like doing these app workouts, and I have recently tried dancing to work them out. I also eat as many healthy foods as possible, BUT I WANT TO learn MORE ways in order to maintain a healthy body, blah blah blah.

    So... just wondering... if anybody knew about MORE ways to boost up metabolism. icon_smile.gif I'm all ears!!!!!!!!

    It'll probably start back up on its own. Im 21 and my metabolism and still keeping the weight off. But cardio never huts.

    I have heard spicy food and eating more in the morning and less at night helps. Like sungod said the more muscle you have the more calories you burn even at rest.
