    Its finally here.......

This election is really historic for a variety of reasons. The fact we have a
candidate of african descent and a woman as a VP choice is just the beginning.

Lots of questions: Will voters choose Obama because of his ideas, who he is? Will McCain, the "maverick"... who has come back many times in elections (and from Vietnam after being left for dead) come back again??
Will the Palin governor affect the outcome?

Will this election be more about a repudiation of the most unpopular president in 50 years and what has happened in this country of late?
Will the democrats sweep in and "snaf" away seats that were to be
    reliably safe by republican incumbents?

And what about early voting, voting demographics which are poised to change and states where there are shifts.....

What an exciting and historic day! I hope you are a part of it.

YES I voted this morning and YES it feels like it will never end.
That TV ad last night trashing Obama and saying nothing for Mccaine was really LOW!

Some things require lots of thought and debate in order to get it right. Sometimes, things are not like a TV movie where things are neatly wrapped up in an hour.
