Hey guys. I'm 5'9", 145lbs, 28 years old. I am not unhappy with my body, however, I'm trying to lose my love handles (which are quite possibly just my hip bones as there is not much fat there) and gain a little muscle. I'm not looking to pack on massive pounds and I'm not looking for body building status. I don't want to eat 8 eggs, 2 cups of oatmeal, and fruit for breakfast. However, I am interested in finding a 7 day meal plan that has clean sources of food/protein, i.e. not powders or other processed foods/supplements. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've done a ton of research, but I felt like I would like to hear real guys with real results, as well. Thanks guys.
