..Ok now I have your attention, I have a question and maybe someone here can help me out.

Most guys my size weigh at least 175 lbs, easy. I'm not even close I weighed myself today at 164 lbs. I'm 6' and built, but when I step on the scale it's always a low number. Does this have something to do with density?

it has to do with the fact that you have zero body fat, so you look like you have muscles, because what you have is really defined, but although they look pretty you are fairly skinny. You have a 30" waist which is well under average for most guys. With just the one pic it is hard to tell, but it looks like you have no bulk in the quad area, and that is a good 30-40 pounds on some guys. When i have zero body fat, I weighed 170 and had 29" thighs. The weight is in the legs.

I don't know why guys obsess over their weight so much. At the end of the day, isn't the main goal to look muscular? Just because people think you look 175, doesn't mean you have to be 175. icon_wink.gif

The pic is kinda old, since then I have really started training so my quads are a lot bigger. Not bulky.. but proportionate.

I do have a skinny waist but I'm far from zero body fat. I know that's not healthy if it's even possible.

I'm not obsessed with my weight I try to use it as a measure of growth. I constantly get stronger and bigger but my weight either stays the same or even drops sometimes...
