Are you dehydrating yourself? I've heard Caffeine makes you dehydrated.

So, if I were to drive a long distance, I wouldn't want something that makes me pull on the side of the road to pee. I might as well pull on the side of the road or at a rest stop and nap for 2-3 minutes.

When I used to ride my bike around Flushing Meadows Park, I would see drivers napping in the parking lot around the little lake where the Dragon Boat races were done.

I'm talking about 5-hour energy. It has mega Vit B.
And when I was playing tennis, a partner gave me an energy drink can to drink and it too had mega Vitamin B.

I'm thinking the energy drinks that do no have Cayene and do not have Caffeine, may have mega Vit. B as the important ingredient.

Caffeine is a mild diuretic agent.
