Ectomorphic here...

    Hello all. 18 years old here, a total beginner in the bodybuilding. I have been training before, but it was nothing serious. I'm 6ft3,163lbs.

    My goal is to make body, similar to this one

    I think i should do cardio, but many people told me that i dont really need to. I'm total noob at this one, please give me some advices.

    Later i will probably post pic of my body.

    Why don't you just go ahead and post a pic of your real bod? You'll be sure to get some opinions and suggestions then.

    Your body structure is actually very similar to mine. Very long arms and legs with fairly small joints. It's difficult to gain muscle when you are pure ectomorph but not impossible- I've had to fight for every pound. But I started a lot later in life than you!

    You really don't need to do much cardio. What you need to do is hit the weights and eat. Good clean food and lots of it. It will take time but the changes will happen.

    The good part of being ecto(especially if your metabolism is fairly high like mine) is that it doesn't take much work to get ripped up once you've put some muscle on!

    No exercise will make you look asian. Unless you already are of course.

    Ectomorph - a person with a lean and delicate body build

    I never heard that term before. It totally applies to me!
