Well, I've been using Volumaize for a week now. Over the past week, I've started to show more definition and it's actually the first time I've ever drank anything other than plain water during my work out. Still not sure if it is necessarily from this though.
I've used Nitrix in the past. It really messes your stomach up if you have food in you when you take it. I wish they would make it more clear why you shouldn't eat an hour before or after taking Nitrix. I'm currently using NO-Xplode. I def get increased energy off of it. That's cool but I was also expecting a good pump off of it sense it is a vasolator. Today is only day two but so far it's not meeting my expectations.
