    Earlier this year I promised myself to lose weight and get slim!

    Since January I have managed to gone from 224lbs to 168lbs!

    I think instead you should get your BF% measured and lose more fat and gain some muscle.
    140 and 5'10 is not healthy or attractive, but who knows

    @ Guapo - you must have mis-read... he's now 168# which is perfectly fine.

    @SharpX - CONGRATULATIONS! Good work - keep it up. If you haven't already though... consider seeing your doctor just to make sure your doing this in a healthy manner. I don't agree with Guapo's assertions being his numbers were off by 30#'s. You're fine. Are you on a gym regiment? If not, then consider it. It's helpful to have a regular exercise routine if you don't have one yet. Be well!

    I think Mr Guapo was referring to the fact That I am trying to get down to 140lbs as below I picture I state I want to lose another 28lbs until I reach my goal. Its ok everyone makes mistakes when reading a thread

    tbh, I am thinking of seeing a professional just to make sure I'm being safe. I never followed a gym regiment, I just ate less food and was more active by doing lots of cardio. I desire to get to 140lbs and then get back to 168lbs by gaining muscle mass through weight training icon_biggrin.gif

    I also have a weak spot for Krispy Kreme doughnuts, along with Ben and Jerry's Ice cream and Skippy Peanut butter lol.......its been hell without them ever since January icon_lol.gif
