Your parents are to blame for that one. When I was a little kid they always told me to pull down all the time while I was in the bath for good hygiene. By starting younger, you loosen it up.

Just play with it more...pull it back when ur peeing, while in the shower etc., you'll make it looser that way.

Actually my father was very particular about it when I was young. He did ensure that we pull it back while taking bath and keep it clean.

    How to loosen foreskin

You should stretch the foreskin. This is best done when you are in a hot bath, or a hot shower. The warm water would somewhat loosen the skin of the penis and make stretch somewhat easier. Try to forcefully pull the foreskin, exposing the glans. It would hurt. Do so up to the point where the pain is bearable.

Initially, you won't be able to expose the entire glans. This is done gradually. Everyday go a little bit further. After the shower, pat dry your penis and apply a copious amount of moisturizing lotion to your penis and do some more pulling. The reason for applying moisturizing lotion is to reinforce and maintain the elasticity of the foreskin. Do this religiously for about two months, and by the end of which, you should be able to pull your foreskin completely.

Well, I'm not quite sure how long this is gonna take at your age but mine took about two months when I was still 13!

See a urologist. You may have a congenitally tight foreskin. It's a known condition. A doctor can advise you. You may be given suggestions you can do yourself, to stretch it. Or you may require surgical intervention.

But a urologist is your best advisor.

You may need to be circumcised or have a slit cut in the foreskin in order to get it to come back.
If you are trying to stretch it out and it gets stuck in the back position seek medical care immediately

Dude... I had the same problem .. Till I was 18 and they told me the secret; ok first of all u gotta be strong cause its gonna hurt a little at the begininning but trust me once ur out of it ur gonna feel completly awesome!
Ok.. Just take a hot bath and pull ur foreskin out of ur penis head; and I mean ALL OF IT! Even if it hurts , DO IT! , after that ur penis head is gonna be really sensible to touching so try to clean it slowly; then get out of the bath.. Still foreskin out and find some cotton so u put it around the gland so it wont touch ur underwear, and just have it like that and as soon as u feel foresking covering u up, pull it inmediatly and keep hanging on, gonna bother u a little but cotton is gonna make u feel ok. After 2 or 3 days tops! Ur gonna have a brand new Looking cut Penis and ur gonna feel awesome! Ur gonna be able to fuck without any pain and its gonna look bigger! Trust me Im not Joking!! Do It man!!! Feel free to msg me if u want. Good luck

DO NOT leave your foreskin in the retracted position. Your glans (head) can swell and the foreskin can cut off blood flow. I am not a urologist but I am a medical professional and know that if your foreskin is pulled back and you can't get it forward its a medical emergency.

What kind of bullshit is this? Absolutely ridiculous.

Oh my god, are you serious? How dumb can a person actually be?

    This.

Here is the thing: You have a phimosis. Your best option is a circumcision.
A phimosis is associated with a high risk for STDs and for penis cancer. Better cut the foreskin now than lose your whole manhood later.

You cannot just stretch the foreskin. You will cause more damage than good if you try.
It's only recommended under medical supervision for guys in in puberty where the foreskin is slowly stretched. Also, ointments containing cortisone must be applied.

It worked for me without so much bullshit , and I'm happy with it sometimes u have to man up people. Not everything needs vitamins, pills, deugs, ointments, surgery, and other crap.

Well you can get a dorsal slit cut in the foreskin sometimes to help it pull back. But yes, a circumcision is often necessary.
Either way, you really need to see a urologist.

I have phimosis (foreskin won't retract all the way). For most people who have it, it goes away by the time they turn 19. If it doesn't then don't try and forcibly stretch it if it hurts. Go see a doctor.

I went to the doc and he gave me a steroid cream to try out for about 2-3 months to see if it would help. If it doesn't or it doesn't retract far enough they will usually set you up with an appointment with a urologist to have a minor surgical procedure.
