Familiar with Chris Pratt of Parks and Recreation? I guess giving up beer really works. ;)

He was always one of those guys you could tell would look like that if they put in a bit of effort. Like everything was there and he just had to drop a bit of fat. Looks good!

Unfamiliar w/the show as I don't have much time for network TV, but... damn! Makes me wonder what the potential all the other chubby guys out there have?

Yes giving up beer would be a drag but for a million dollar paycheck I could easily rally to the occasion. Not in my future though.

Can't be good for his health YoYoing like that either.

Why are you all so surprised? He turned 30 and got fat. That's what happened to me, and will probably happen (or has happened) to most of you. Here's Chris Pratt 9 years ago at 25 when he was the blonde:

At least this time, unlike his Zero Dark Thirty transformation:

    he kept his pants on!

Ah, to be 34 again and be able to yo-yo with impunity like that...

But you skinny minnies will never lose your tight waistlines. If Chris Pratt keeps yo-yoing in weight that taut midsection will be hidden by loose skin, ruining the effect.

Fat people have to exercise more often than skinny people to stay in their target weight and have to watch what they eat. The grass is always greener.
