Most efficient way to build a back and triceps?

    I'd like to have a bigger back, but I can't seem to put expand my lats. My upper back isn't too bad. What exercises/workouts would you recommend?

    Same with triceps, I've always had decent bi's but little to nothing on triceps.

    No secret here to either one. Lats: just do lat pulls, rows and try to get in some high to low rows and low to high. Think in terms of rear delts as well. Tri's I think can really benefit from progressively higher weight on the tricept machine. It is one of the few times when I think a machine can be better than free weights because you can really push some high weights. Though you need to do some stability work as well. Dips are also good and have the benefit of hitting inner chest as well. Just watch the angle of your lean.

    are you trying to grow a shell on your back or something? if you're not content with the way your back looks now, then i doubt you'll ever be pleased period.

    You have a nice physique, DBomb129. Yeah, you look great as you are, as I look as your profile... lol

    But I guess lat pull downs? Rowing? Try Rings from Gymnastics?

    Edit: Whereas me, I have work that needs to be done.
