Ignoring the days when you work out since I'm assuming that if you shower in the morning you shower again after you work out, when do you take your daily shower; morning or evening? As usual, explain why, provide anecdotes, etc.

    I'm a morning showerer.

Morning and sometimes also night. I need a morning shower to take care of my sweat and bed head.

Always shower in the morning unless it is something unusual. It helps loosen me up, wakes me up, gets me going.

Morning. Start the day fresh and clean, plus the shower wakes you up.

I usually shower, at the very least, twice a day.

I always shower in the morning when I wake up. I feel gross when I get out of bed, so it's mandatory.

I typically shower before getting in bed too. I don't need a whole days worth of dirt on my pristine sheets.

I shower before the gym and use my exfoliating brush.
I rely on sweating to help clean my pores..

.. before bed..a nice lukewarm wash down is awesome too.

Every morning and about every other night...especially in the summer. Love crawling in the sheets freshly showered. icon_smile.gif

Morning and after the gym. I find that showering wakes me up. It's not good for me to take a shower too close to bed time.

Ditto - showering in the morning is my equivalent of coffee - without one I'm horribly groggy.

I also take one at night because I like feeling all nice and fresh when I crawl into bed (and because I hate having my pillow get all icky from the pomade in my hair).

I usually shower at night so I don't have to do it in the morning. Quicker I get to work the quicker I can get home! I still always wash my face in the morning and night regardless.

Night time for me, I find it's nicer to get into bed all clean rather than sleep in the filth of the day.
In saying that though, hopefully this doesn't so bad, but if there was a day that I didn't do much I tend to skip a night's shower unless I'm freezing cold in which case I'll have a hot shower.
    I take long showers too.

    In the morning - always.
After a work out or swimming laps.
Just before a night of bliss.

For me.....both! As a nurse I work both day and night shifts......12 hrs at a time. Either way, I take a quick shower before work and after work. On my days off, I tend to shower in the PM after the gym.

Before bed. Couldn't stand sleeping without a shower after a day of sticky sweat. And imagine the accumulation of dirt on your sheets each night if you don't.

I read a long while back that showers have an ozone boost or someting fromt eh falling water, which is one reason they can be refreshing. Shower and coffee in the morming is a definite boost.

At night, maybe it is better to take a warm bath to relax.
