    Rest assured though - there are a number of extremists here who don't think that the additional taxes matter and the massive additional burdens of regulation aren't hurting companies enough to balance off the benefits of them.

    This index clearly only measures tax attractiveness as the article points out. The question of whether Great Britain, Canada or the Netherlands would be better to "help your company avoid these burdensome regulations" I speak of, becomes considerably different.
